Kingman Arizona Customer Service Are you passing through Kingman, Arizona? Do you live in Kingman? How important is it to you to receive great customer service when you frequent a Kingman place of business? Well it's important to most people, especially the Kingman Chamber of Commerce. The service that customers receive in Kingman is a reflection on Kingman as a whole and an indicator to both tourists, prospective residents, and existing Kingman residents of our community's attitude. To help reward our workforce providing exceptional customer service, the Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce has implemented an Outstanding Customer Service Recognition Award program in connection with the City of Kingman.

Submissions of front line Kingman, Arizona employees with exemplary customer service are now being accepted on an on-going basis and may be submitted by anybody, local or tourist, with a good customer service experience. All names, along with place of employment, will be featured on the Kingman Chamber's website and in the Chamber Report monthly newsletter. These special individuals will also be presented with a certificate of appreciation before Kingman City Council at each first quarterly meeting; the next meeting is scheduled for April 2009. All names will also be entered into a quarterly drawing for a $100 and $50 cash prize.
